easyfundraising is a charity cashback platform that helps individuals support charities and good causes through their everyday online shopping. By using smart technology, shoppers are connected to over 7,000 different retailers and brands which they can help support in raising money for different causes.
Officially launched in 2005, founder Ian Woodroffe had the idea to connect fundraising with the then-growing UK eCommerce sector to create an easy and free way to raise funds for good causes across the UK. Over 15 years on, easyfundraising has raised over £50M for over 180,000 charities and good causes, a great illustration of the impact of its work.
With an ever-growing list of retailers and brands who want to give back, some of the UK's biggest name brands already use easyfundraising, including Argos, John Lewis, Marks and Spencers, Tesco, Trainline, and Currys among many others. Its novel approach to charity donations should stand it in good stead to continue its growth in the coming years.
