• As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of patient-centred solutions within a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with Numan’s mission and operating principles
• You’ll collaborate closely with clinical, engineering, design, and commercial teams to solve meaningful patient problems and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes for patients and the business
• Defining and communicating the strategy for your product area, aligning it with Numan’s mission
• Leading continuous discovery efforts to deeply understand the needs, pain points and emerging opportunities of our internal users (spanning clinical operations, health coaches, customer care, and our fulfilment operations)
• Proactively identify and resolve dependencies to ensure smooth, efficient delivery whilst always ensuring a high bar for patient safety, clinical quality, and technical reliability
• Defining, tracking, and optimising KPIs that measure the success of your product, including patient health outcomes and business metrics
