Who you are

Experience leading a team of junior Account Executives including all aspects of hiring, performance management, talent calibration and reporting
Ability to drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition
Knowledge of MEDDICC or similar sales methodology
Experience working and selling in fast paced SaaS organisations
Data driven mindset with a strong understanding of metrics
Fluency in French & English - Italian is a nice to have

What the job involves

Manage a team of Account Executives targeting the SMB market in France and Italy
Design and execute on a strong business plan for the French and Italian SMB markets
Coach your team in all aspects of sales structure (we use MEDDPICC) new logo prospecting and pipeline generation, territory management and closing opportunities
Act as an integral member of the SMB Sales leadership team supporting growth initiatives, strategy and insight for the entire EMEA region
Partner with Recruitment to attract and hire the very best talent for your team, with a passion and focus on growing talent from within
Build a winning culture through leading by example, setting expectations, providing coaching and mentorship and holding teams accountable
May require travel to one of our office locations for in-person onboarding

Our take

Okta started off as an identity company where organisations, large and small, could tap into the company to have a single sign-on interface to access all cloud applications now centralised. Okta has since expanded to provide identity management at the device as well as the server level.

The new approach towards network security is increasingly based on identification and authentication, and Okta is on track to become the go-to vendor in the space. They aim to do so by developing products that enable people to access applications and other tools more smoothly and securely than ever before.

Okta has taken strides towards expansion through significant employee growth and shuffling executive leadership. The company has also made lateral moves such as tackling governance concerns, opening up new paths for revenue.
