- Strong Talent Advisory skills, demonstrated through a proven track record in leading GTM hiring at scale across global markets
- Good Talent Sourcing skills to identify, attract, engage, and pre-qualify commercial talent across seniority levels, with an understanding of global GTM labor markets

What the job involves
- Join us at emnify as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) to help us scale our commercial and customer-facing teams through skills-led, data-informed hiring
- As part of a small but experienced Talent team, you'll shape how we attract, assess, and hire top GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll lead high-impact searches and embed structured, scalable hiring practices that reflect market realities and support our strategic goals
- We’re a talent-first organization, and our TA function is driving that shift. If you're excited about applying your expertise in skills-based hiring, talent intelligence, and stakeholder coaching, this role is for you
- Lead end-to-end hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions, advising hiring managers and their teams at every stage of the process
- Design talent attraction and sourcing strategies that reflect current GTM talent market insights (talent market mapping) and your understanding of what great looks like
- Act as a Talent Advisor who delivers value beyond filling roles. You see the company as your customer, the hiring manager as your partner, and speed, quality, and inclusion as your key measures of success
- Drive consistent and systematic skills-based assessments to predict future job performance and increase our talent density
- Leverage talent data to enhance decision-making, improve hiring efficiency, and support continuous process improvement
