However, while Cariloop operate as an employee benefit which frees up care-giving employees’ time for employers, Aidaly is more of a consumer-fintech. The company directly helps caregivers to be financially compensated for their work for the first time.

The company must now expand to onboard new users if it is to grow successfully. This may be difficult, as its target users are presses for time and may be suspicious of a startup seemingly offering them the world. That said, if Aidaly can get a foothold then the value of its offering will no doubt attract more caregivers in the future.
