Who you are

5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)
Proven success hiring for non-technical teams – especially sales and customer success
Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships
Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience
Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones
Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace
Experience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus

What the job involves

As a Senior G&A Recruiter at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient
You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent that aligns with our culture
In this Senior G&A Recruiter role, you’ll also assist with projects, supporting both talent acquisition and people operations

Our team is in-office 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu) in San Mateo, CA
Own full-cycle recruiting across non-Technical functions – Customer Success, Sales, People, Marketing, etc
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions
Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
Assist in execution of talent acquisition and people operations related projects and tasks
