Field Marketing Coordinator, OpenGov

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or a related role; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in a marketing context
• Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours to support event activities

• Support the execution of field marketing programs and event strategies that drive pipeline and advance OpenGov's presence in key markets
• Coordinate logistics for regional marketing events, including trade shows and conferences — managing vendors, timelines, and on-site setup to ensure smooth execution
• Assist with planning and executing the annual customer conference, supporting promotion, registration, vendor coordination, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-up
• Partner with go-to-market teams to understand target audiences and ensure event messaging aligns with campaign objectives and product positioning
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals
• Track event and campaign performance using marketing automation and CRM platforms, contributing to ROI reporting and post-event recaps
• Coordinate with local industry associations, partners, and vendors to support event logistics and expand OpenGov's reach
• Represent OpenGov professionally at events, and travel to event locations as needed to support on-site execution
