Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or in progress)
- 3-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affiliate partners
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., Impact Radius) is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results
What the job involves
- Seeking a dedicated and experienced Affiliate Marketing - Account Manager to join our team
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our affiliate partners, driving engagement, and maximizing user acquisition opportunities
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering mutually beneficial partnerships
- Champion Kikoff’s products and services and become the influential main point of contact for our active partners
- Heavily contribute to Kikoff’s ambitious new user acquisition goals through account management, up/cross selling, and optimizations
- Consistently overachieve monthly acquisition goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships
- Communicate regularly with affiliates partners to understand their needs, provide support, and address any concerns or issues
- Act as a liaison between affiliates and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, promotions, and campaign strategies
- Work closely with affiliate partners to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Present strategic guidance and recommendations to partners to help them maximize their performance and reach their goals
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated by affiliate partners
- Prepare regular reports and updates on affiliate program performance to share with internal stakeholders and affiliates
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness

Having a solid credit history is a fundamental building block for financial health and there is a large market of people looking to build or rebuild their credit scores. Roughly half of all American adults have subprime credit or no credit whatsoever, and it’s safe to say there is a demand for credit products tailored to beginners and builders.
Kikoff is a credit-building platform aimed at Millennials and GenZ. Their signature product helps consumers without a credit history to positively influence several key aspects of their credit score. This includes their payment history, how much they owe, and the length of their account history.
Kikoff's goal is to help customers across their entire financial journeys and create a simple and positive banking relationship: from stabilizing cash flows to accumulating savings, and building towards long-term goals such as a mortgage. The company plans to build out its technology and team, across all function areas, to bring new products to market in the future.
