- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, within technology or consulting environments

What the job involves
- The Project Manager is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs across clients and internal operations
- This position combines hands on project coordination with governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring that multi stream initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with organisational objectives
- In this role, you will manage multiple, interrelated projects and initiatives, ensuring effective prioritisation, risk management, and resource allocation across teams and partners
- You will establish robust governance frameworks, define project objectives, and implement structured reporting mechanisms to maintain visibility and accountability across all stakeholders
- Reporting to the VP of Delivery, you will act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment between project outcomes and strategic business goals
- You will also mentor internal teams, driving consistent adoption of best-in-class project management practices across the organisation
- Lead end-to-end management of multiple interrelated projects
- Ensure effective prioritisation, coordination, and allocation of resources across projects and teams
- Establish and maintain project governance, including risk management, reporting, and escalation processes
- Monitor project progress, track dependencies, and manage inter-team communication to ensure alignment with objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution
- Facilitate decision-making, manage escalations, and provide transparent reporting to leadership and clients
- Build strong relationships with delivery teams, partners, and clients to ensure expectations are met
- Implement structured project management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure adherence to standards for risk, change, quality, and financial controls
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of high performance
- Promote consistent adoption of project and program management best practices across the organisation
Our take
SeeChange Technologies delivers visual AI for the retail space, with solutions that can help stores to enhance safety and efficiency for employees and shoppers. Already used by a number of clients, including supermarket chain ASDA, the platform processes video from a retailer's existing hardware to automatically identify hazards and analyse behaviours.
The platform is built upon state-of-the-art AI recognition technology that can interpret the real world and understand physical activity. Through this, it provides insights into objects and people in-store. Though its most interesting application is in identifying potential theft and safety concerns such as spills, it can also be used to streamline self-checkouts, and proactively restock items.
Having raised substantial funding in 2023, SeeChange Technologies is moving to enhance its commercial deployment capabilities and build out commercial and support teams. With such an intriguing offering, it is very likely the company will continue to secure new clients as it moves into its next stage of growth.
