Role
Who you are
- 2+ years Enterprise sales experience
- Construction, AEC or ConTech SAAS sales experience
- Knowledge of Apollo.io or similar systems
- You will have worked in a targeted outbound sales, appointment setting or cold calling position
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers
- A motivated team player and self-starter who has a passion for sales and customer experience
- You want to be a part of revolutionizing an industry
What the job involves

- We are now looking for an ambitious Sales Development professional to enable us to reach more companies and ultimately help make our vision a reality
- Identify, contact and qualify potential customers
- Conduct outbound telephone calls, social prospecting (through LinkedIn) and emailing within defined target account list with the view to arranging follow up appointments/demos
- Effectively communicate and pitch the XYZ value proposition and solution to prospective customers in a compelling manner
- Bringing new prospects/leads in to the funnel and managing them through the sales pipeline so they can be introduced to and closed by a partner Account Executive
- Meet or exceed the quota-defined volume of monthly Sales Accepted Opportunities through effective multi-channel prospecting, qualification and discovery meetings
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition and industry developments across Construction, Construction Technology and Data Centres
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals by keeping Salesforce up to date with prospecting details and next step
Our take
One of the main problems in the construction industry is that the end result of a construction project may not correspond to the initial plan. This means the build errors result in a significant time delay associated with construction rework. XYZ Reality aims to change this by providing construction businesses with an AR system that ultimately reduces construction costs by 20%.
It differentiates itself through the innovation of its AR system which projects 3D models on construction sites, allowing workers to visualize the final result. Moreover, XYZ Reality is planning on becoming an all-in-one system, providing clients with everything they need to successfully create a building - from AR hardhat to the in-built proprietary operating system.
XYZ Reality has invested its funding into R&D, global expansion efforts, and in recruiting new talent in the technology, manufacturing, sales and marketing industries. Following its launch in the US, the company has seen accelerated growth and is well set to further innovate the construction industry.
