Role
Who you are
- ✔️Strong experience in solution architecture within SaaS environments
- ✔️Deep understanding of PIM, product data structures, taxonomy, and digital commerce workflows
- ✔️Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern architecture patterns (microservices, cloud)
- ✔️The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions
- ✔️Confidence in leading workshops, stakeholder discussions, and presentations
- ✔️Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✔️Interest or experience in AI/ML applied to data, automation, or personalization
- ✔️Experience with data modeling and mapping tools
- ✔️A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and partners
- ✔️A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar
- ✔️Around 5+ years of relevant experience

- As a Business Solution Architect at Inriver, you’ll step into a strategic and highly collaborative role where your expertise directly influences customer success and long-term platform value:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, shaping how they use PIM to drive business outcomes
- Design scalable, future-proof solution architectures across data models, integrations, and workflows
- Work across sales, product, and delivery teams to influence both pre-sales and implementation success
- Drive innovation through AI and automation to improve data quality, efficiency, and customer experience
- Join a team that combines deep technical expertise with real business impact across global clients
- You’ll play a key role in guiding customers from complex challenges to structured, scalable solutions — combining strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration
- Solution Architecture & Advisory: Lead the design of end-to-end PIM solutions, including data models, business processes, integrations, and governance frameworks. Translate business needs into clear solution blueprints aligned with Inriver’s platform capabilities and best practices
- Customer & Partner Collaboration: Run workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand business goals and product data challenges. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales to implementation and optimization
- Implementation Guidance & Quality Assurance: Support and guide implementation teams (both Inriver and partners), ensuring architectural integrity, quality standards, and alignment with best practices. Conduct reviews of existing implementations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Innovation & AI Enablement: Design and promote the use of AI and automation in PIM strategies — from data enrichment and classification to predictive insights and dynamic content. Help customers leverage emerging technologies to accelerate time-to-value
- Internal Contribution & Enablement: Share expertise across internal teams including Product Management and Support. Contribute to training materials and partner enablement initiatives to strengthen the broader Inriver ecosystem
