Product Development Architect, HP Enterprise

• Typically 5+ years total experience. Preferred 5+ years’ experience in Financial Solutions and/or Asset management. Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrable equivalent
• Have the ability to pull the team together towards the same goals. Be a strong communicator, have a collaborative style with strong linkage to other teams to ensure program & solutions success as measured by comprehensive new Product/Program Plans with subject matter inputs, guidance documentation that will support new business volume and margin
• Have experience in Project Management. Be able to manage various timelines, colleague inputs Host and be a leader to help project manage activities to get to market as measured by new Product / Programs project managed to agreed timelines, business metrics (including time to launch) that will support new business volume and margin
• You are:
• Good at pulling lots of inputs, activities into a working program that has a timeline and roadmap to successfully meeting goals. Ability to manage multiple projects at once in line with timelines
• Able to see where other inputs, expertise would be needed, advantageous while balancing keeping the plan on track to delivery
• Able to articulate the pieces of the program / solution into key operational steps so that teams outside the enablement team can understanding why it is of benefits to customer and how it can be supported

• This is a single contributor role, supporting all Sales Segments (SMB, Global, Enterprise), with overall ownership of the Product Development plan, engagement & collaboration with the agile team to bring the product to launch stage
• To drive innovation through creating new ways to support new products, solutions or combinations that drive competitive differentiating advantage. Provide expertise/feedback in product innovation
• Works collaboratively with the Category Product Managers on the plan of record and road map items throughout the product Development Lifecycle. Participates and leads certain stages of the product development including project tracking in Monday.com, preparation of Exit Check Point approvals with Senior Leadership, coordinating and ensuring functional readiness in collaboration with the enabling and adoption teams
• To provide Global Expertise and advise on the resources needed to support new Products​. Is a SME on Operational Architecture & Project Planning. Has working knowledge of HPE global offers and capabilities and business considerations / impacts (tax, finance, legal, services excellences, systems etc.)
• To develop & lay out / coordinate the new Product Development Plan through to launch readiness stage​ and produces the program documentation for operational rollout. To drive the delivery of programs on time to twice annual launch cycle, ensuring FS stays ahead of competition and leads the market
• To build solutions that drives HPEFS digital agenda and accelerates HPEFSs move to IT Asset Economics​ Expert market expertise
• In summary, this role will work with a variety of roles including legal, pricing, tax, finance, service excellence, and asset management to deliver and launch new products against our roadmap, you will work across both business and technical teams to deliver an ever-improving customer and partner experience through an agile, iterative, and data-driven product development process
