What the job involves
- Ultimately, your job is to help figure out who our customer is, what channels to reach them through, and what message resonates with them. To do so, you will...
- Run experiments like webinars, content pieces, PPC, PR and anything else you can think of.
- Co-own brand positioning with the CEO to set ourselves apart in the market.
- Work closely with our sales team to align on the buyer’s journey.
- Making sure we have the right support articles, FAQs, webinars, newsletters etc in place to optimise across the funnel.
- Manage website content, functionality and optimisation to attract the right leads.
