Who you are

Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Knowledge of statutory accounting principles
Supervisory experience
Experience with intercompany accounting and healthcare services - preferred not required
Background in credentialing, commercial billing, or insurance -preferred not required

What the job involves

Managing day-to-day booking and cash flow across multiple entities, including cross-entity staffing and related payments
It requires conducting periodic audits, generating audit reports, and reconciling accounts receivable while assisting the Revenue Cycle Manager with medical billing and claims audits
The position supports budget development and investor funding narratives as directed by the CFO and develops and maintains closeout procedures and reports. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Perform periodic audits and generate audit reports and reconcile and review accounts receivable
Assist the Revenue Cycle Manager with medical billing and claims audits, to ensure proper reconciliation of outstanding accounts receivable
Support the development of budget and budget narrative of investor funding as directed by the CFO
Develop and maintain close out procedures and reports
Other duties as assigned
