Role
Who you are
- Are a great storyteller with exceptional writing and communication skills who can put people and customers at the centre of content in a relatable and engaging way
- Are comfortable assimilating and distilling complex topics into clear, concise, compelling prose
- Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Have a collaborative mindset, a positive attitude and an interest in making sure artificial intelligence and data are used to make the world a better place
- Are comfortable working across a variety of tools, formats and channels
- Have demonstrated experience in running and implementing successful content and social media programs
- Have previous experience of email marketing, automation and lead nurturing. This is highly desirable but not essential
- Have a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience - bonus but not required
- Have experience with B2B, SaaS and developer- and/or data science tools - bonus but not required
What the job involves
- Increasing awareness of Bitfount through top-of-funnel initiatives such as SEO, social media activity, email marketing, blog posts and events
- Driving user and customer acquisition and engagement through product marketing initiatives such as landing pages, case studies, in-product marketing, forum posts and sales collateral
- Developing a deep understanding and dedicated messaging strategies for each of the personas which the Bitfount platform brings together
- Understanding the full user journey and putting in place experiments all the way from awareness and acquisition at the top of the funnel, to activation and retention of existing uses

One founder’s company VocalIQ was acquired by Apple, where he then served as Chief Architect for Siri Understanding, whilst the other served as CPTO for DueDil.
New seed funding, led by Ahren and Speedinvest, represents the growing demand for machine learning and analytics in every industry and, therefore, the inevitable growth. This capital will be used to compute product development and scaling operations
