Strategic Account Executive, Blue Prism

• Working as part of a highly driven team, you will have responsibility for helping to shape the value proposition, vision and go-to-market strategy for Blue Prism with the Client and global partners
• Develop a business plan to ensure annual sales targets are met and exceeded whilst growing business in a hyper-growth market
• Selling both directly and engaging closely with strategic alliance and channel partners
• Will have a primary focus on results, with the ability to lead, inspire and support others in your territory where appropriate
• At least 5+ years software sales experience is necessary to understand quickly the challenges this sector is facing and be able to debate and advise on this sector to achieve credibility is essential
• Build and maintain Trusted Advisor status with the Client, among multiple stakeholders
• Effectively communicate the Blue Prism value proposition through presentations with the Client and the Partners, managing complex sales opportunities and navigating sales cycles with many stakeholders
• Proven experience of accurate and timely revenue forecasting & planning especially personal ownership of the sales pipeline, forecasting regional sales revenues through accurate management
• Successful track record in coordinating marketing and sales efforts across the globe
• Has a passion for understanding customer needs and providing feedback to the central management team including product/product marketing to further the company’s position and win more satisfied customers in the region
• Understand and exemplify Blue Prism’s customer success first and people first mantra that they have built their culture around
• A strong understanding of Blue Prism’s TAP (Technology Alliance Partnerships) ecosystem, our Cloud Platform Solutions, Service Assist, Customer Experience and Front to Back Office Applications
