• We are looking for an accomplished Director of Revenue Accounting to lead our revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
• This critical role will involve developing and managing the revenue accounting function, providing strategic insight, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and lead the revenue accounting team, establishing a strategic vision that aligns with company goals and ensures accuracy and compliance in revenue recognition
• Revenue Recognition: Oversee revenue recognition processes, ensuring alignment with ASC 606 and other applicable accounting standards
• Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in revenue accounting processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and compliance
• Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on complex revenue transactions, developing policies and procedures that ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, legal, and other departments to support business initiatives and ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reporting
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors on revenue matters, ensuring adherence to all relevant accounting standards and audit requirements
• Reporting & Analysis: Deliver insightful revenue reporting and analysis to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making and performance evaluation
