Role
Who you are
- 4-5 years of experience designing for SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated UX/UI leadership for both B2C and B2B products
- Experience working in organizations with rigorous design principles and heavy testing
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience leading design projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Zeplin
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field

- Scaling to 10M users and Fortune 500 partners
- Proven track record of success in designing innovative creator journeys, building multiple end-to-end products, and design systems based on metrics-driven outcomes
- Startup/scale-up mentality
- Experience mentoring other designers and leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Passion for UX/UI design both inside and outside of work
- Demonstrated commitment to past employers by staying with a company for at least four years

What the job involves
- As a Product Designer, you will work on problem spaces that touch all of the experiences across Flowcode, and help design and create intuitive product experiences for our creators (both B2B and B2C)
