Who you are
- Experience in People Ops: You’ve got hands-on experience in HR admin or People Operations, ideally in a fast-growing, international environment
- German Fluency: You’re confident in reading and creating documents in German, especially employment contracts and labor law-related paperwork
- Process-Driven & Efficient: You love working in a fast-paced environment and are a master at multitasking while keeping everything organized and compliant
- Tech-Savvy & AI-Friendly: Whether it’s Workday, spreadsheets, or using new tools like AI to make your life easier, you’re comfortable with technology and excited to integrate it into your daily work
- Excellent Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator in both German and English — you know how to get your point across clearly and diplomatically
- Collaborative & Adaptable: You thrive in an international, multicultural team and are comfortable balancing independent work with collaboration. You’re also comfortable with change and can quickly adapt to new priorities or systems

What the job involves
- At CoachHub, we’re building a global platform to make coaching accessible to everyone, and our People Operations team is at the heart of it.
- As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist (EMEA) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves wearing many hats, and is always ready to jump in where needed
- If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and applying innovative solutions (including AI!) to everyday tasks, you might be exactly who we’re looking for
- Support Our People Across EMEA, with a focus on Germany: Whether it’s employee inquiries, payroll prep, or onboarding, you’ll be the go-to for all HR admin tasks in Germany and beyond, working closely with our external partners and internal teams
- Own the Employee Lifecycle: From drafting contracts and managing offboardings to helping our team through relocations — you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly while keeping compliance top of mind
- Be a Process Guru: We’re always looking to improve, and you’ll lead (or support) initiatives to make our HR processes more efficient and scalable. Automation? Yes, please! AI? We’re excited about that too
- Ensure Compliance & Local Expertise: You’ll use your strong German skills (both written and spoken) to help us navigate the complexities of German labor law, ensuring all policies and documents are aligned with local regulations
- Tech-Savvy & Hands-On: Manage employee data in Workday, assist with payroll prep, and leverage other tools to ensure our People operations run without a hitch. You’ll also stay up to date on new technologies to continuously improve your work
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and our Employer of Record system to ensure a seamless experience for all employees, whether based in Germany or elsewhere
- Reporting & Insights: Dive into people data to help the team make smarter decisions and track key metrics across our HR processes
