3+ years of experience with debugging techniques

Desirable

In depth knowledge with WiFi technology is required and familiar with Qualcomm WIN products is highly preferred
10 + year software development or support background is highly preferred
5+ year Customer support experience is highly preferred, especially supporting complicated OEM/ODM model
Efficient on working independently at the customer site
Previous experience of supporting NA carriers and Taiwan ODMs is a plus
Good communication skills, bilingual skill is desirable but not required
Leading role in customer support projects

What the job involves

Provides technical expertise of software systems through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products
Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions
Ensures that the application/solution is functioning according to specifications
May provide software development and consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation
Assists customers with any questions, issues, debugging, or troubleshooting regarding software systems and applications
