Who you are
- 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency or service-based company
- Event management experience (ideation, organisation and running)
- Experience building brands from the ground up
- Digital marketing experience for overhauling the website, creating content for social media and the company blog
- A self-starter who is driven to improve, works well independently and demonstrates a thirst for learning

What the job involves
- As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy diligently and independently to help us achieve our aggressive growth targets
- Your primary focus will be on research, content creation, event promotion, social media management, SEO, and monitoring the performance of all marketing activities
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts and third-party vendors to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns, enhance our online presence, and improve our review scores on third-party platforms
- Conduct in-depth research on industries and subjects relevant to our target clients
- Create compelling and informative content individually and in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Publish content on various platforms to engage and attract our target audience
- Leverage content, email, and social media to promote our events and drive attendance from our target clients
- Manage and curate content for our social media channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn
- Explore organic content strategies and experiment with paid social media campaigns
- Improve our website's SEO performance to enhance our online visibility
- Explore paid search opportunities (PPC) to boost website traffic and lead generation
- Oversee and manage the agency's presence on platforms like Clutch and Glassdoor to improve review scores and brand reputation
- Work closely with third-party vendors to create content, organise events, improve the website, and execute marketing initiatives
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities using relevant KPIs
