Who you are

You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience, which could include product management, customer success, engineering, developer relations, technical writing etc.
You have superb written and spoken communication skills and are known for your remarkable clarity of thought and expression.
While this is not a primarily technical role, it's important you have an understanding of the software development process, including developer tools like Git and IDEs.
You are insatiably curious and will delight in ravenously diving into the domain of Software Medical Devices.

What the job involves

Take ownership of the whole onboarding process. Identify and prioritise problems and solve them in the way you choose, which might include documentation, demos, proof-of-concepts, training sessions and more.
Skilfully unpick the nuances of the different jobs customers use Scarlet's product for and hone the perfect experiences to help our customers get them done.
Gain a deep understanding of the challenges facing our customers and work with the product team to use your insights and inform the product development process.
Galvanise a growing user community by determining and establishing best practices.

Our take

Software is rapidly taking centre stage in the development of new medical technology. However the approach used to certify new solutions was optimised for hardware rather than software, restricting patient access to innovation. This is what health tech compliance company Scarlet is solving.

After working closely with regulators, Scarlet has received the key designations that allow them to certify medical software, and do so in a software-focused way. This makes for a much more efficient process, and caters to the frequent updates inherent to good software. It means new products can be updated and released often, ensuring patients can safely get the most up-to-date technology.
