Senior Data Scientist, Alto Pharmacy

• Experience developing statistical and machine learning solutions end-to-end through the full life cycle of prototyping, testing, evaluating, deploying, and maintaining at scale
• Be a thought leader in the ML space, identifying opportunities to build intelligence and automate the prescription value stream for patients
• Demonstrated prior experience in NLP, large language models, or generative AI
• Demonstrated prior experience with reinforcement learning
• Strong programming background with high proficiency in SQL and Python
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break down complex technical concepts
• Holds a Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field with at least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or holds a Bachelor's in a quantitative field with at least 7 years of experience working as a data scientist
• Reading English, comprehending, and following simple oral and written instructions
• The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
