Role
Who you are
- You speak German at native level and English fluently. French is welcome but not required
- You have [1–3] years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in events, hospitality, travel or a marketplace/SaaS business
- You are comfortable on the phone, genuinely curious and a good listener
- You are well organised and can keep many deals moving at once, with short sales cycles
- You are resilient, honest and keen to learn
- You understand how businesses in the DACH region like to be approached and to buy
What the job involves
- You will join our DACH sales team in Paris and report to the Country Manager.
- You will own the full sales cycle on our Marketplace for companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, from the first conversation through to a signed booking.
- Our clients need a partner who understands what they want, knows the market and makes their event easier to organise. That is the role
- Handle inbound requests from marketing and returning clients, and build your own pipeline through outbound calls, inbound leads and marketing campaigns
- Lead consultative first conversations. Find out where the client stands, and show where Naboo adds value
- Build tailored proposals using our venue network and partners, and negotiate with hotels and venues on the client's behalf
- Close deals and hand them over smoothly to our Event Managers, who handle delivery. Collaborate with other departments where needed
- Turn one-off events into lasting relationships and repeat business
- Keep the CRM accurate and give realistic forecasts
- Share what you learn from the market and help shape the playbooks the team uses
- Your week with us;
- We run a clear weekly rhythm: an all hands, ateam forum, a 1:1 with your manager, a training session and a pipeline review each week. You will be coached closely from day one
