Role
Who you are
- You must have experience in a similar role within customer support, or account management, which must be in a client-facing environment. Desirable experience for someone who has experience within a start-up/scaleup
- Proven experience in successfully managing and growing client accounts
- Youâre an excellent communicator who leads by example in setting a high standard of customer service
- Exceptional problem solver with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools to track customer NPS scores and interactions with the product
- Youâre an autonomous and ambitious individual who is excited to contribute to building a scalable business
- Ability and willingness to develop an understanding of global employment regulations, compliance and HR practices
- You are in command of a European language and completely fluent in English. Our desirable native preference would be German or Dutch
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients, by understanding their needs, providing them with five star service, support and guidance where needed
- Your aim is to build strong relationships with clients, drive adoption and utilisation of our services, contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base
- Leading by example, you will be the main point of contact for our clients providing a high standard of customer service
- You will manage the entire onboarding process of new clients and support with any HR related queries, within agreed SLAâs
- Ability to understand, research and translate complex HR-related topics to provide the highest level of support
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Create and draft client contracts, update personal and financial information on our internal systems, ensuring all details are continuously updated
- Work collaboratively with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to our client portfolio
- Provide product demonstrations, training and support to our clients to ensure maximum utilisation of our platform
- Continuously monitor clients' usage and identify any areas of recommendation to drive better engagement with the platform
