What the job involves

Source and contact qualified individuals that EF should invest in - you’ll be finding world-class founders before they are founders
Learn and execute on building a pipeline of technical and non-technical talent (CEOs & CTOs)
Help maintain our ATS to keep exceptional individuals engaged and interested in the EF programme

Entrepreneur First is a “talent investor” that recruits and backs individuals pre-team and pre-idea to enable them to found startups.

The company pioneered this new model of talent investing. While other accelerators typically back founders with semi-established businesses, EF was the first to back individuals and match them with other founders during the program.
