What the job involves
- As an Operations Associate, you’ll work cross-functionally to support client onboarding and business operations, ensuring initial deposits are monitored and the proper documentation is submitted
- Partner with the data team and business to produce data dashboards and reporting
- Manage various internal/external projects to enhance our exchange product and improve the user experience
- Monitor client onboarding to ensure all initial deposits and documents are appropriately filed
- Collaborate with multifunctional internal teams as well as external partners to resolve user issues

Its platform allows companies to build out a comprehensive suite of compliant features for Web3 infrastructures, from wallets and payments to tokenization and fraud risk mitigation. They can also embed user-friendly wallets that sidestep the most daunting aspects of blockchain user experience.
With blockchain technology developing fast, and its widespread adoption and deep market penetration seeming inevitable over the coming decade, Fortress Blockchain Technologies is getting in early on a big thing. The company is itself in the early stages so far, having secured seed funding in 2022, but is laying a foundation for strong progress by homing in on these high-growth areas.
