Role
Who you are
- At least degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths or related Science or Commerce discipline
- 3+ years experience in Software Development or related discipline
- Advance knowledge with JavaScript, and understanding of libraries ReactJS and VueJS and how to use them
- Experience in Web application and tool development
- Experience of at least one scripting / programming language (Python, PHP, Java) is preferred
- Passion for solving complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently
What the job involves
- Manage and support existing software
- Develop new technologies to drive engagement with the platform
- Work closely with other functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Solutions and Customer Success
- Take ownership of a product and build it up to drive engagement, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, issue resolution and communication
- Assisting in the creation of technical related help content / documentation that is made available to clients
