Role
Who you are
- The right person will be the main point of contact between clients and the agency, as such you will need to be highly personable, extremely organised and have your finger on the pulse of the digital marketing landscape.
- To be considered for the role you must have solid agency, consulting or business development experience, have a firm grasp of modern digital marketing strategies and deeply understand Growthcurve's service offering.
- Our clients span many industries and sizes: Large multinationals to fast-moving startups, so you’ll need to be adept at working with global marketing teams and directly with CEO’s
- You have an interest in working with Startups
- You have 3+ years of advertising agency, consulting or business development experience
- Spreadsheet wizardry to help you manage budgets, timings and resources is an advantage
- Solid grasp of Growth Marketing principles and understanding of how 'Growth' differs from traditional marketing
- Expert knowledge of advertising and marketing in a digital context
- You're technical and very confident with Mac OSX and apps like Google Slide and the G-suite, Jira / Asana, Slack and even a bit of Figma!
- You know how to build rapport with people, and you are trustworthy
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are confident
- You are organised and punctual
- Attention to detail right down to the minutiae
What the job involves
- Help to identify, research, pitch and win exciting new business around the world
- Managing the client relationship day to day to ensure our clients feel like they are getting value from working with us
- Define and manage account scope, budgets and delivery
- Organise priorities in to manageable daily tasks
- Be resourceful, understand our offering and capabilities and be great at spotting opportunities
- Consulting our clients on our Growth Marketing offering: countering objections and recommending solutions we can deliver
- Developing and improving our internal processes to help better serve our clients and improve business efficiency
- Achieve quarterly revenue and margin targets on the accounts you manage

- Final Stage: You'll receive a brief to create a short presentation which you'll deliver to the team person
