• The role provides leadership across multiple security engineering domains such as Identity and Access Management, Security Systems Engineering, Cloud Security, Application Security, Platform Security, or other related functions. The Senior Manager establishes long-term technical direction, develops leaders and engineers, and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Architecture, and Risk stakeholders to deliver enterprise security outcomes
• The Senior Manager is accountable for organizational outcomes rather than individual project execution. The role influences technology decisions and security investments across multiple business and engineering organizations

• Provide Organizational Leadership: Lead one or more Security Engineering teams through managers, team leads, and individual contributors. Establish vision, priorities, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms
