• Project manage CAO organization-wide projects and initiatives; bring together stakeholders and help drive decisions and action
• Lead the annual strategic planning process for the CAO’s organization, collaborating with Finance and the CAO functions to develop roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans
• In partnership with appropriate team members, develop internal and external agendas for team meetings and offsites, and oversee logistics, as needed
• Triage and manage competing priorities for the CAO: synthesize complex inputs, frame decision options, and surface key insights to inform executive-level choices
• Develop and/or document internal processes for communications, operations and other organizational needs with appropriate team members
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis—using analytical tools—to diagnose operational challenges and recommend tailored, scalable solutions
• Work closely with the Executive Administrative Partner to ensure the appropriate management of the CAO’s calendar, prioritizing tasks and meetings in alignment with organizational goals
• Serve as a key liaison between the CAO, senior internal stakeholders, and external partners—adapting your communication style to build trust and accelerate decision-making
