• 2+ years of event marketing experience
• Willingness to travel by plane (~40%)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and shifting priorities, without sacrificing quality
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and spot potential gaps
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in fast-paced, ambiguous situations
• Curiosity and openness to adopting new technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and effectiveness in event execution
• Proficiency in Zuddl, Salesforce, Splash, Monday.com a plus

• Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and execute virtual and in-person events,
• Support event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, booth setup, and on-site support when necessary
• Track event metrics and provide post-event analysis to evaluate success and areas for improvement
• Maintain flawless project documentation including timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor communications, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders
• Conduct thorough quality checks on event assets (signage, collateral, presentations, registration sites, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and error-free execution
• Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues before and during events, applying critical thinking to resolve challenges in real time
• Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives with broader business goals
• Leverage AI tools to streamline event planning workflows (e.g., content drafting, data analysis, attendee engagement, reporting) while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
• Manage and execute account-based marketing initiatives, including virtual programs and in-person events, ensuring data and project timelines are kept up to date
• Support account programs and conferences onsite if needed; create and localize marketing materials for specific regions
• Use marketing analytics tools to gather data and generate reports on campaign performance
