Senior Executive Assistant, Unity

• We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support several executives within a key business unit
• If you are a strategic thinker, with an ability to critically and quickly solve problems, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and stellar interpersonal demeanor, we want to talk to you
• Consistent track record operating in hyper-growth environments, where building relationships and being adaptable has been critical to getting things done
• Excellent operational skills, with experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to gather information from people while developing strong internal/external relationships
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency in Google applications, Workday, Slack, and learning new tools as needed

• Coordinate and lead all aspects of logistics for global calendar management, conflicting priorities, events, expenses and travel
• Plan, coordinate and oversee logistics for team onsites, offsites and other team events
• Strategically lead and prioritize complex individual and team tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization, including executives, peers, internal teams, and external vendors
• Prepare and facilitate meeting agendas and presentations with little direction
