Senior Staff Strategy Manager, Zoox

• 12+ years of professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience leading the execution of M&A activities, including target identification, financial valuation, and due diligence management
• Expertise in advanced financial modeling and valuations
• Proven track record of managing high-visibility strategic projects and presenting findings to executive-level leadership teams

• In this role, you will be responsible for driving key strategic decisions in what could become a $10T global market for personal mobility
• You will structure solutions to complex problems, perform deep data-driven analytics, generate insights, & then build cross-functional consensus among the senior management team to enable focused execution
• You will be joining a diverse group of industry leaders & makers, where team success is as important as individual contributions
• You will lead Strategic Finance at Zoox, including valuation, corporate development, and our long term financial strategy.
• Own the end-to-end Corporate Development lifecycle, including identifying, assessing, and executing M&A opportunities that accelerate Zoox’s mission
• Foster robust partnerships with both Zoox and Amazon stakeholders, acting as a key liaison and driving joint initiatives that unlock strategic synergies
• Manage high-visibility corporate strategy projects that tackle complex organizational challenges and provide the senior management team with actionable insights
