Paid Media and Affiliate Manager, General Assembly

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in paid media strategy and execution, affiliate program management, and performance marketing analytics
• 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and affiliate tracking platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including attribution models, audience targeting, and conversion funnels
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for managing affiliate partners

• This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and partnership management to drive customer acquisition, improve ROI, and expand our brand presence across digital channels
• Coordinating logistics on global paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Assist with inputs on media budgets and forecasting to ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights through reporting tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
• Build, manage, and scale the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and nurturing relationships with existing partners
• Identify and onboard high-value affiliates and publishers to maximize revenue opportunities
• Monitor affiliate performance, ensure proper tracking and attribution, and manage payouts
• Collaborate with affiliates to create promotional content and campaigns that align with brand guidelines
• Stay informed on industry trends and identify new opportunities for affiliate growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product, and sales) to align paid and affiliate strategies with overall marketing objectives
