What the job involves
- Reporting to: Director of Customer Success, UK&I
- This role is a strategic commercial position responsible for driving new site wins, growing existing accounts, and executing revenue-focused expansion strategies across Zeelo’s Education and Commute verticals
- You will play a pivotal role in growing Zeelo’s footprint by owning the commercial performance of a defined client portfolio — identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities to expand Zeelo services across new locations, business units, and contracts
- Deliver new site wins through client expansion, referrals, and multi-site planning
- Achieve defined commercial KPIs including revenue growth, upsell conversion, and gross margin improvement
- Retain and grow strategic accounts by embedding Zeelo as a long-term, trusted partner
- Own a defined revenue and gross margin target linked to site expansion, service growth and retention
- Build commercial account plans to map, influence, and convert new opportunities across your portfolio
- Identify and lead commercial proposals for new service launches with support from internal teams
- Manage renewals and re-bids with a focus on increasing contract value and term length
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions, protecting both client satisfaction and Zeelo profitability
- Forecast accurately, update pipeline weekly, and report progress to the commercial leadership team
- Champion operational excellence post-sale to ensure retention and unlock future expansion

The Zeelo platform integrates with an executive vehicle fleet of over 20,000 high quality coaches across the UK in order to serve demand. And as the number one shuttle provider across the US, Uk, and Ireland, Zeelo now transports hundreds of thousands of passengers every month.
With the shifting attitudes towards sustainability, Zeelo now provides services that use less energy and are more sustainable, which will appeal to the environmentally conscious. The challenge will be growing its niche, with stiff competition in everyday ride sharing from Uber and others. But with recent funding, the company looks ready to accelerate its growth across the US and make an even bigger name for itself.
