Senior Financial Analyst, Galileo Financial Technologies

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic, or corporate finance (preferably at a tech company)
• Proven expertise in Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling, especially expense modeling and scenario analysis
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
• Exceptional communication skills — comfortable presenting financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
• High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

In this role, you will own and drive key expense modeling and forecasting initiatives across the organization. You’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver insights that inform budgeting and strategic planning
• This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial modeling, a bias toward data-driven problem solving, and a keen understanding of operational drivers within fast-moving organizations
• Build, maintain, and improve expense forecasting models across departments, with an emphasis on scalability and accuracy
• Drive monthly and quarterly close and forecast cycles, ensuring key stakeholders understand variances and trends
• Collaborate with business partners to develop budgets, identify cost optimization opportunities, and align on financial expectations
• Translate complex financial data into clear business insights and presentations for senior leadership
• Develop ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives
