Who you are
- Typically has a minimum of 10-12 years of HR and mobility experience, with significant experience as a Team Lead minimum of 2 years
What the job involves
- The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing HR and mobility operations within their assigned region
- Capacity planning and workforce management & AOP
- Setting up regional goals and OKRs and ensuring the achievement of company and team goals
- Providing accurate reporting to the Global Lead for workforce management and capacity planning
- Managing the final stages of hiring and negotiating job offers
- Managing regional compensation and overseeing successful training completion for new team members
- Addressing employee complaints and ensuring the quality of communication and solutions for their team members
- Maintaining global culture and environment within the team
- Overseeing day-to-day operation. job performance for the team and conducting individual performance reviews and reports on metrics
