Role
Who you are
- 5–8 years of experience in sales enablement, deal support, solution marketing, consulting, or pre-sales roles
- Experience supporting complex B2B or enterprise sales cycles
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and outcomes
- Comfortable building sales decks, proposals, and presentations quickly and iteratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
- Organized, pragmatic, and execution-oriented
Desirable
- Exposure to AI, data, analytics, or enterprise software
- Experience working with marketing, insights, or analytics buyers
What the job involves
- This contract role supports A.Team's AI Solutions sales motion by strengthening deal support and sales enablement during active enterprise sales cycles
- A core part of this role is building and refining sales presentations, proposals, and executive decks that clearly communicate A.Team's enterprise intelligence systems, value, and differentiation
- The role focuses on translating technical and AI-driven capabilities into clear business narratives and sales materials that help accelerate deals
- This includes supporting live opportunities, shaping solution and value narratives, and creating sales assets that articulate business outcomes, time-to-value, and differentiation
- This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role focused on real deals, not long-term enablement strategy
- Build and refine sales presentations, proposals, and executive-level decks for active enterprise AI Solutions deals
- Support live opportunities with clear value narratives tied to customer goals and KPIs
- Translate technical and AI-driven capabilities into business outcomes for executive buyers
- Create and iterate on core sales assets, including solution overviews and value narratives
- Support proposals, executive readouts, and late-stage deal materials
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning
- Identify friction points in the sales process and develop materials or narratives to unblock deals
- Help standardize and reuse sales assets across multiple opportunities
Our take
A.Team’s member-only gig marketplace for what it calls “builders” – product engineers and other high-skill tech workers – allows member companies to quickly put together distributed teams. Despite only emerging from stealth mode in the second quarter of 2022, the startup has already onboarded the likes of Lyft, The Economist and Pepsico.
The company’s launch came at an opportune time. As the so-called “great resignation” opens up a world of opportunities for skilled tech workers, the global gig economy is generating more money than ever, and remote-friendly working conditions mean that rapidly formed, distributed teams are now working on more high stakes projects than ever.
A.Team has wasted no time in raising huge amounts of funding to scale and expand both its in-house team as well as its network of members. Firstminutecapital provided VC funding in 2023 so now the company is focused on keeping its standards high, from both the client and service provider perspective, as the company grows rapidly.
