Machine Learning Engineer, NewDay

• Experience as an MLOps Engineer, ML Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar with a focus on deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production
• Familiarity with the ML lifecycle, including experimentation, validation, deployment, and maintenance
• Working knowledge of MLOps tools such as feature stores, model registries, or experiment tracking
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience using ML frameworks and libraries like Pandas and NumPy
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and experience implementing workflows using tools like GitHub Actions or similar
• Experience with model monitoring to ensure deployed models remain accurate and reliable
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows

Desirable

• Implement and manage workflows for deploying machine learning models to production using CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines to support model building, deployment and model management
• Monitor the performance and reliability of ML pipelines in production, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to the development of MLOps features that support scalable model workflows, including monitoring and versioning tools
