Who you are
- This role demands a talented individual with a blend of product acumen, technical fluency, and ecosystem knowledge
- The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving zerohash's growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within the fintech and digital asset ecosystem
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred
- Experience - 5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles in fintech or crypto
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable insights
- Blockchain Knowledge - Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technology
- Interpersonal Skills - Exceptional ability to identify, pursue, and close complex partnerships
- Stakeholder Management - Proven experience in securing alignment from key internal stakeholders
- Public Speaking - Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including external partners and executive leadership
- Proven Success - Track record of developing and managing high-impact partnerships
- Adaptability - Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manages multiple priorities effectively

What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ecosystem and Product Partnerships Director to join our Revenue team
- You’ll work cross-functionally to unlock new revenue opportunities, accelerate product adoption, and ensure zerohash is deeply embedded in the next generation of financial and crypto infrastructure
- A deep understanding of the crypto and fintech landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset are essential to foster and sustain high-impact partnerships
- Develop and execute the ecosystem and product partnership strategy in alignment with Zero Hash’s product and go-to-market goals
- Lead partnership negotiations, including structuring commercial agreements and co-marketing plans
- Drive technical and product integration of ecosystem partners, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and represent zerohash externally at industry events and summits
- Track market developments across crypto infrastructure, stablecoins, and tokenization to anticipate partnership opportunities
- Maintain and report on a structured partnership pipeline, including expected impact, integration status, and contribution to revenue goals
- Act as an internal champion for partner needs and ecosystem signals, helping influence zerohash’s product roadmap
- Ensure all partnerships meet regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements through close collaboration with internal stakeholders

Zero Hash provides embedded crypto solutions, including for risk and settlement, post-trade management, compliance, liquidity, and asset management. This breadth of scope, in combination with Zero Hash’s API-driven business model, means its clients can access a competitively broad range of crypto products; and get them up and running competitively fast.
Zero Hash's gamble is that an increasing number of companies will be looking to offer crypto products to their customers, and it's being firmly vindicated. NFT minting, trading, and ownership has skyrocketed over recent years, and crypto trading has broken into the mainstream.
Despite the boom in crypto trading, November 2022's FTX crash has given way to a more cautious market. Internal controls, governance, and closer attention from regulatory bodies have somewhat slowed the pace of trading. As a global exchange though, Zero Hash is carving out a role for itself as a watchdog and overseer.
