Who you are
- 6 to 20+ years of experience in market research and insights (client or agency-side)
- Strong and rigorous research and insights skills (qualitative expertise a plus)
- Curiosity about AI and eagerness to apply it in the insights space

What the job involves
- Insight Generation & Storytelling
- Design and execute qualitative research using the Conveo AI-led interview platform
- Oversee the full lifecycle of qualitative projects, planning, recruitment, moderation, analysis, and delivery
- Translate complex client briefs into thoughtful qualitative approaches that go beyond what is asked to uncover what truly matters
- Synthesise rich qualitative data into compelling stories grounded in human truth
- Develop strategic insight reports that inspire senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Identify emerging themes, behaviours, tensions, and opportunities that help clients shape brand, innovation, and communication strategy
- Manage internal and external resources, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time delivery
- Client Engagement & Growth
- Lead client briefing sessions, shaping high-impact proposals and research frameworks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through findings, implications, and strategic recommendations
- Build long-term relationships that uncover ongoing growth opportunities
- Work closely with account management and customer success to turn the client’s ambitions on research into Conveo revenue growth
- Research Knowledge Expert for Product & Marketing
- Use your existing experience, client interactions and daily use of our platform to bring our product to the next level and help shape the future of the industry
- Find opportunities to share research with the world and execute on them by collaborating with marketing and clients across various channels (conferences, blogs, PR, social etc.)

Our take
Qualitative research has long been one of the most valuable (and painful) parts of building products and brands. It's slow, expensive, and often skipped altogether, leaving teams to make big decisions without full insight. There's a massive market for better customer understanding and it's only growing, yet traditional methods just aren't keeping up. So, Conveo is stepping in to change that.
It's doing so by acting as an AI-powered research coworker. Instead of weeks of planning, scheduling, interviewing, and analysis, teams can run hundreds of AI-moderated video interviews overnight, and in over 50 languages. The impact of this is huge, saving days or even weeks of work and surfacing insights humans might miss. And crucially, every insight links back to the original transcript, so researchers can trust and verify what the AI finds.
What's especially impressive is how quickly Conveo is gaining momentum. Despite being pretty new to the scene, the company has already raised $5.3M in seed funding. This early traction and a clear vision for what's next (from multimodal interviews to long-term knowledge analysis), positions Conveo as more than just a promising startup.
