Who you are
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B product management, in a high growth environment
- An optimization mindset: you’re excited by automating and ops and data-intensive process
- Experience working on complex workflow products, such as document or artifact generation, decision-support tools, data manipulation tools, or sophisticated external business tools
- Strong qualitative user research skills to uncover customer pain points and drive product decisions
- Excellent quantitative skills, including a passion for SQL and data-driven storytelling
- A growth-focused, execution-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize, experiment, and iterate quickly to achieve measurable results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to rapidly evolving business needs
- Bonus: AI/ML product experience, with a strong understanding of how to leverage machine learning to drive user value
What the job involves
- Our team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Launch Experience team, driving the development of our customer onboarding tools and experience. In this role, you will work with both internal and external customers to create a fast and accurate onboarding process
- Understand internal and external user needs through qualitative and quantitative approaches; use your deep user understanding to build new products and features that are broadly and deeply adopted by users
- Become the expert on our customers’ legacy systems and how we can apply cutting-edge AI capabilities to ingest and map data to EvenUp’s products
- Collaborate with a highly skilled team of engineers, designers, data scientists, machine learning researchers, and others to ship high-quality features, with high velocity
- Collaborate with highly-skilled leaders across product marketing, sales, customer success, and operations to ensure seamless user experiences during new feature launches and customer onboardings, using feedback to refine designs continuously
- Influence company strategy; translate strategy into tactics; execute on tactics with a high degree of accountability and velocity in cross-functional sprints
Our take
Every year, millions of personal injury cases in the US are resolved with only a small fraction going to trial, leaving many victims potentially under-compensated due to inaccurate settlement proposals. EvenUp aims to change this by leveraging AI technology to streamline the assessment of injury cases.
The AI tools evaluate raw case files, including medical and police records, creating tailored "demand packages" that present comprehensive compensation arguments. This improves lawyer performance and victim outcomes.
Despite concerns about AI bias and privacy, EvenUp has garnered significant investor interest, closing a funding round in 2025 that was one of the largest in the history of legal AI. Now valued at over $2 billion, it is investing in its team and introducing new techniques and products for personal injury and other legal areas.
