Who you are
- Familiar with addressing problems where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Experienced with building out and developed procedures and practices to determine appropriate action with impeccable judgment
- Strong with working cross-functionally and building relationships to accomplish objectives and key results
- Strong at tackling complex projects across multiple departments that requires finesse, flexibility, and patience
- Able to handle sensitive matters and exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Savvy at interfacing with leaders and individuals at all levels, particularly in written and verbal communication -- ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels, with maximum attention to detail
- Able to support both European (EMEA) and U.S. time zones
- Experienced with tools such as GSuite, Slack, Expensify and other common apps
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, global technology startup that can be dynamic at times
What the job involves
- Provide analytical, strategic, and operational support to NEAR Foundation’s CEO
- Draft presentation materials for various meetings, engagements, and conferences
- Proactively prioritize our CEO and leadership team’s time based on major initiatives and other priority items
- Establish high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside NEAR and maintain those relationships
- Create and manage new process documentation for NEAR Foundation
- Manage a heavy calendar (via GSuite) and meeting responsibilities, to include worldwide travel planning and scheduling, as well as expense reconciliation, in a foundation experiencing rapid growth
- Organize and coordinate events for the NEAR Foundation team (such as offsite, all hands, leadership team meeting, etc.)

Pagoda delivers a platform to tap into the app development capabilities of blockchain technology, providing a one-stop-shop for Web 3.0 startups to get their products off the ground.
Blockchain tech brings huge innovations in speed, security and efficiency when developing apps, a fact which is the backbone of Pagoda's functionality. Its platform encompasses Pagoda Console, the main product enabling developers to build their apps faster, a JavaScript toolkit, and APIs. Through the console, users can access templates to launch dApps in a matter of seconds. The APIs allow the reading, indexing, and aggregation of data from the NEAR ecosystem - of which Pagoda is a part - granting app capabilities such as displaying a user’s NFTs or metadata.
Beginning its life as Near Inc, and still maintaining a close link with the NEAR foundation, Pagoda should be able to reach a wide audience within the Web 3.0 community rather easily. With the popularity of blockchain technology ever-increasing, and more and more developers dipping their toes into decentralized apps, the company should have plenty of opportunity to grow in the coming years.
