Who you are

7+ years of web product management experience, including conversion on B2C websites
Proven success working on growth product areas improving user metrics like conversion, engagement, and repeat visitation
Experiment driven approach to identifying and measuring success
Pioneer of Agile product development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban etc
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing senior executives
This is a hybrid position, and employees are expected to come into our Playa Vista, CA office every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

What the job involves

You will lead and facilitate the PDLC across our organization with a focus on maximizing engagement and revenue with consideration of SEO best practices and guidelines
Develop and evangelize product strategy and vision for our digital consumer portfolio
Lead our talented product team and work cross-functionally to innovate, launch and iterate features, optimizations, and new products in a fast paced environment
Drive outcomes through optimizations or thoughtful feature enhancements that improve growth, engagement and retention by building customer trust and value
Manage prioritization and trade-offs between different roadmap initiatives
Own and manage product KPIs, monitoring performance and scaling successful wins
