Fullstack Software Engineer, AllTrails

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1+ years experience with JavaScript, and frontend development frameworks such as React or Angular
• 1+ years experience with web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails framework: MVC pattern, routing, controllers, models, views
• Passion for rapid prototyping and creative collaboration
• Familiarity with the entire stack - web servers, the application layer, caching, and databases
• Experience with responsive layouts and frameworks such as Javascript, Typescript, CSS, responsive design, and HTML
• Understanding of MySQL or other relational and non-relational databases
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and limitations with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong sense of ownership with experience self-managing your workload and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Self-motivation and a deep sense of pride in your work
