Role
Who you are
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or in a similar position
- Full professional proficiency in English, and Italian
- Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase
- Exceptional soft skills, team spirit and eager to learn
Desirable
- Previous experience in start-up, and scale-up working environments
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience with WordPress and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, Spanish, or Italian
What the job involves
- We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our Team and be fully responsible for the Italian market, proposing solutions (via email and chat) to questions raised by our customers on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products, by researching and explaining our services
- You will be part of our Customer Care team and will be in charge of guiding and helping the users with any queries they might have, and evaluating the updates to our products to recommend possible improvements
