Role
Who you are
- 6-10 years of enterprise sales experience with proven success in financial services or in crypto infrastructure, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
- You have consistently hit or exceeded enterprise quotas in complex, regulated environments
- Track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services and/or crypto
- Based in EMEA close to a major financial hub
What the job involves
- We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive for the EMEA market. This role requires expertise in crypto infrastructure use cases and a proven track record of closing complex deals in the financial sector.
- You'll be responsible for expanding our presence among major financial institutions and driving adoption of our infrastructure and compliance solutions
- Drive outbound and inbound sales within the EMEA market
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing
- Build trust and credibility with C-level executives
- Partner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions
- Partner with Product and Leadership to shape enterprise roadmap feedback
- Educate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (Travel Rule, VASPs)
- Run a disciplined enterprise pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean deal hygiene in HubSpot to support predictable growth
- Represent Notabene at industry events, conferences, and private meetings (travel might be required)

Increased accessibility to blockchain technology enables financial institutions to provide cryptocurrency services to their customers, but maintaining compliance can be difficult. Different jurisdictions and their domestic regulators require companies to comply with different rules, but this is difficult without having access to blockchain address types and other missing data points.
Notabene provides compliance tools for businesses that facilitate cryptocurrency transactions, helping them to access the data they need to provide compliant blockchain products. This is achieved through tools that help the user to identify missing blockchain data from their counterparties and their crypto transactions, allowing them to apply necessary regulations within their products.
Typically, remaining crypto-compliant requires the expensive assistance of blockchain experts. Notabene recognises the unaffordability of this for most businesses, which is where it presents its value. The company has seen significant funding.
