Who you are

- You should have a strong background in software development, primarily Python/SQL, with the ability to navigate systems built on other languages as needed, and genuine interest in crypto and finance
- You should have the ability to work independently, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a desire to own issues and see them through to resolution
- Experience communicating and providing first-line support for business clients
- Excellent programming skills in Python (working knowledge of Pandas/PySpark)
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with AWS (S3, Secrets, etc.)
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and navigate unfamiliar challenges independently
Desirable
- Experience in debugging, incident response, and system monitoring is highly desirable
- Technical experience with Databricks or any similar Delta Lake platforms
- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience with configuration systems (YAML, JSON)
- Experience with terraform
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Go, C#, or Java
- Familiarity with financial statements (e.g. balance sheets, income statements / PnL)
- Familiarity with Crypto trading (spot, DeFi, and derivatives)

- You will be primarily responsible for identifying key issues impacting business, supporting, maintaining and optimizing existing systems
