Who you are
- Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce and 6sense (or demandbase)
- Some experience using Tableau
- An understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, and pipeline contribution
- A strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable turning complex requirements into clear, simple language

What the job involves
- Staffbase is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team in North America
- In this role, you’ll play a critical part in how we run marketing globally, supporting the systems, processes, and reporting that connect our efforts to revenue
- You’ll work hands-on with our marketing tech stack, help drive operational projects forward, and collaborate across teams to ensure clean data, actionable insights, and scalable processes
- This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational experience in marketing operations who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be part of a global, high-impact team that values clarity, ownership, and progress
- Support the day-to-day management of our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracy
- Assist in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficiently
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelines
- Identify and flag gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and help implement improvements
- Maintain documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistency
- Provide regional support while ensuring global processes stay aligned
